- If no prescriptions are specified, I will pressume it is 0 degree. You are allowed to mix prescriptions.
- Lenses I have instock are up for collection immediately after payment has been recieved. Preordered lenses will take approximately 3-4 workings days to arrive to me and will be mailed out to you within 48 hours (Please see "Method of collection/postage"). If there are any delays I will contact you first ^^
- Circle lenses that are mailed and will be packaged VERY SAFELY (bubble wrapped e.t.c). It is not the sellers responsibility if items are damaged during postage/delivery. However, this should not be a problem as I pack them very carefully.
- The seller is not responsible for items lost during postage. You can choose if you would like your items to be sent using express or registered post (please see "Method of collection/postage"). Meet ups are also available for Brisbane customers :)
- Lenses are guaranteed 100% authentic and safe. However, lenses may not be suitable for all eyes. If you are uncertain I recommend checking with your optometrist. If any problems are contracted from our lens we are not liable (Please read Authencity/Lens care).

Don't worry I will check lenses thoroughly before collection to ensure they are in top condition. Please check again that they are not torn or defective. I am happy to give exchange for defective/broken lenses still unopened in original packaging (i.e. inside vial still sealed with aluminium foil).
